Gino Brogdon is among the most well-known and highly-regarded trial lawyers in Georgia, having served for nearly a decade as a Fulton County State and Superior Court Judge before returning to private practice in 2005. Prior to going on the bench, Mr. Brogdon was a successful plaintiffs' lawyer, obtaining seven-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. Immediately after leaving the bench, he was a partner at Alston & Bird, where he was one of the firm's foremost trial lawyers and was called upon to try complex and high-stakes cases for some of the firm's largest clients. In 2007 he resigned his partnership at Alston & Bird to form Brogdon, Davis & Adams, LLC, marking a return to his true passion: representing plaintiffs. Mr. Brogdon is also a highly-sought after mediator, having mediated over 100 cases in recent years. He regularly appears as a legal analyst on CNN and is active in the community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Council on Child Abuse, Inc., The Salvation Army, Inner Strength, Inc., the Georgia Epilepsy Foundation, and on the Georgia Crime Victims Advocacy Board. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Grace Cross-Cultural Ministries, Inc., Bethany House, and the Alumni Advisory Board of the Indiana University Black Law Students Association. He is an adjunct professor at Emory University Law School and has served in the same position at the John Marshall Law School, as well as the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Mr. Brogdon has donated his time to the Atlanta Saturday Lawyers Program, as well as various youth mentoring programs around Atlanta. He has been a guest speaker at numerous seminars and conferences nationwide, is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is an inactive member of the Indiana State Bar Association. Mr. Brogdon received his J.D. in 1986 from Indiana University and his B.A. in economics in 1983 from Oberlin College.

Jess Davis is a trial lawyer exclusively representing plaintiffs injured physically or financially by the wrongful conduct of others. He is currently lead counsel in numerous personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and business litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Brogdon, Davis & Adams, LLC, he was a member of the Litigation & Trial Practice Group at Alston & Bird in Atlanta, Ga., where he focused primarily on antitrust and other complex commercial litigation. Mr. Davis has published several articles, and has contributed to leading treatises, in the area of antitrust law. Prior to joining Alston & Bird, he served as an aide to U.S. Congressman Richard Ray, U.S. Congressman Mac Collins, and U.S. Senator Paul Coverdell. He was also a member of U.S. Senator Robert Dole's 1996 presidential campaign team. He is the founder of the Animal Rescue Legal Society, a network of lawyers throughout Georgia that provides pro bono legal services to animal welfare organizations, and devotes a substantial amount of time to animal welfare efforts. Mr. Davis is also an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, where he currently serves on the Membership Committee. A native of Columbus, Georgia, he received his undergraduate degree from Columbus State University and his law degree from Mercer University.



Chad K. Adams

Chad Adams is a trial lawyer focusing on wrongful death, personal injury, and business tort cases. He was most recently a litigator at Alston & Bird, where his practice included complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on matters involving financial services. Mr. Adams received his J.D., cum laude, in 2004 from the University of Tennessee College of Law where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and received numerous academic awards. During law school, Mr. Adams won the College of Law's Advocates Prize competition twice, earning the award for Best Brief and Best Oralist. Mr. Adams received his M.M. from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1995 and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 1993. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Adams was Vice President of a privately owned mortgage bank where he originated residential mortgages before supervising the bank's secondary marketing efforts to sell mortgage loans to institutional and correspondent investors. In addition, he helped establish and maintain the bank's revolving credit facilities, warehouse credit facilities, loan-servicing related accounts, and mortgage insurance provider relationships. Mr. Adams is a member of the Georgia and Atlanta Bar Associations. He is also actively involved in the community. Mr. Adams currently serves on the steering committee and volunteers for Hands On Atlanta's Service Juris and volunteers with the Atlanta Two Day Walk For Breast Cancer.
