How we select cases
In short, we look for cases that are suitable for trial by assessing three factors:
  1. personal integrity of the potential client,
  2. liability, and
  3. damages.
Our formula is simple because we firmly believe the following: juries fairly compensate good clients with real damages where liability can be established. However, where the credibility of the client is in question, or where liability and/or damages are speculative, we refuse to involve our firm in such cases because our philosophy is predicated on preparing every case for trial, and such cases are not suitable for presentation to a jury.

Our simple but strict initial assessment provides an additional benefit to our clients—a superior level of personal attention reflective of our relatively small caseload. We take pride in getting to know every client and how he or she lived life prior to the harmful conduct that led to the hiring of our law firm. We never forget that clients are customers, and pursuing justice on behalf of good men and women injured by the wrongful conduct of others is a privilege for which we are grateful.
